Returns & Exchanges (Terms & Condition)

 

 All customer orders are covered with a 14-Day Return & Exchange Period (from the day of confirmed delivery).

No Returns or Exchange request will be accepted after the 14 Day period, or if the product tags or packaging have been removed or lost.

Customers can return or exchange your purchased item to 432hzofficial without conditions within a 14 day period (calculated from the day of confirmed delivery). (Not applicable to gift packages or gift cards, and any special promotions are governed by their own special Terms and Conditions.)

Besides QC or manufacturer defects, all items are only allowed to be exchanged once and only for the same model in the same color.

Please include your Shipping Note, Order Confirmation Letter and your Returns & Exchange Application form along with the product. We cannot process your order if the mentioned documentation are not submitted.

 

Product applications for Product Returns or Exchange without condition must be sent back in their sellable state, that includes unmarked and undirtied packaging and all accessories included.

 

Any reason or no conditions may include:

  • Product color, print, model or material is different to the original product description
  • Wrong size or it doesn't fit
  • Logistical problem
  • I don't like the product
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Bad QC or Manufacturer defects (Only applicable for Returns or Exchanges with restrictions and conditions)
  • Products with special remarked discounts or promotion – the entire order must be returned in full. Applications for Partial Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted.
  • The product does not match the initial description

 

Reasons for rejecting Returns & Exchanges

We cannot assist in Return or Exchange any items if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

 

  • The item has been worn or used
  • The item used in the wrong environment, which include and not limited to the following conditions: came in contact with chemicals, paint, paint strippers, acidic materials, overheated etc.
  • Materials falling apart from the seems due to internal and external damage
  • The item has been damaged due to incorrect cleaning methods
  • The surface of the item has been dirtied or soiled
  • The item was not purchased from or sold on our online shop
  • The size tag has been removed, or the original packaging has been lost

 

Exchange Process

If you want to exchange your purchased item, please ensure the item is kept in a sellable condition. You could then download our Exchange Application form from out website and follow the steps below:

 

  • Fill in the Exchange Application Form with all the necessary information and email it back to 432hzofficial@gmail.com
  • A Confirmatiom email would be sent to you – please print and attach this on the external packaging of the exchange item
  • Please also include the original shipping note, receipt and Exchange Application form within the packaging, and send to our office address.
  • Please arrange your own delivery service or company to ship the item back to our office: Online Troop would not be responsible for any loss of the item during the delivery process, nor would we be responsible for any associated delivery charges.
  • Once we receive the item, it would be checked and if everything is in order a new item would be shipped as soon as possible.
  • If the item is found to be damaged from non-natural causes, we will send the item back to you with all delivery cost charged to the buyer. (Please refer to our 'Reasons for rejecting Returns and Exchanges' clauses)

 

Return Process

If you want to Return your purchased item, please ensure the item is kept in a sellable condition. You could then download our Exchange Application form from out website and follow the steps below:

 

  • Fill in the Return Application Form with all the necessary information and email it back to 432hzofficial@gmail.com
  • Please also include the original shipping note, receipt and Return Application form within the packaging, and send to our office address.
  • Please arrange your own delivery service or company to ship the item back to our office: 432hzofficial would not be responsible for any loss of the item during the delivery process, nor would we be responsible for any associated delivery charges.
  • Once we receive the item, it would be checked and if everything is in order a Credit Note with the equvilant amount would be made to you for purchasing other items on 432hzofficial.

 

As all transcations are processed via Paypal, once we confirm to receive the Return item we will issue a Credit Note within 7-14 Business Days and sent to your designated email account.

The Credit Note could be used to make other purchases on 432hzofficial

Terms & Conditions for Returns

All shipping costs will not be reimbursed or refunded

If we fail to receive your Return item, 432hzofficial reserve the rights to deny your request for Return or Exchange

If the item has been listed as exempted from Returns or Exchange, then all Return or Exchange requests will not be entertained. (If the item was damaged or found defective, then Returns would be accepted)

If we receive an item that has been listed as exempted from Returns or Exchange, we will send the item back to the buyer who will have to arrange their own delivery service and cover the relevant costs

432hzofficia can edit or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice, and to refuse all requests for Exchange. In case of dispute, 432hzofficial reserves the final rights of decision.
