The main body has a capacity of about 14 liters, the front pocket is about 2 liters, and the total size of 16 liters is compact yet boasts an amazing storage capacity. This makes it "just right" for a variety of situations, from everyday shopping to hiking and even short trips.
When traveling, there is enough room to put things you find at a market you happen to stop by.
The One Mile MP meets those "little things" of everyday life.
The design is simple as possible. While eliminating unnecessary elements, the fine details support ease of use. It is made of light and durable materials, and can withstand sudden rain and mud splashes. It is also designed to reduce the burden on your shoulders, so you can continue to feel comfortable even when carrying it for a long time.

The CORDURA SPECTRA RIP used in the main body is a material made of Cordura nylon with Honeywell Spectra® fiber arranged in a grid pattern.
The warp and weft threads are 210d Cordura nylon and 200d Spectra, forming a 4mm square ripstop.

The main body has a capacity of about 14 liters, and the front pocket has a capacity of about 2 liters, for a total of 16 liters.
The plastic parts at the pocket opening have two types of parts: a tape tab and a rubber cord.
To widen the pocket opening, pull the tape tab.
When closing the pocket, hold down the tape tab with one hand and pull the elastic cord. Be careful not to pull the elastic cord too tight when closing the pocket.
The side pockets are made of 100% nylon mesh material, which is flexible and durable.
The size is large enough to hold two standard 500ml plastic bottles. The pocket opening can be adjusted with the elastic cord.
Shoulder Strap
The shoulder strap, which is the "key" of the backpack, is made of 420D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon for the outer fabric.
420D ROBIC® is a material that combines basic square grid ripstop with ultra-high strength and high strength ROBIC® nylon 6.
The surface of the fabric is treated with DWR (durable water repellent). The back of the fabric is treated with a unique backside coating called UTS (Ultra Tear Strength). Unlike conventional PU coatings, UTS has excellent hydrolysis resistance to improve tear strength and make it less susceptible to hydrolysis even in humid environmental conditions.
The core material is made of 10mm thick EVA foam, which has excellent resilience, resilience, and weather resistance. We have adopted a core material with "stickiness" so that even with a relatively heavy weight, the burden on the shoulders is as small as possible.
The back and back part of the shoulder straps are made of double Russell mesh. It increases breathability and reduces stickiness caused by sweat.
The top of the shoulder straps is tape-lined. As shown in the image above, it reduces the movement of the hose when using a hydration system.
There are no holes or slits for the hose, so please use a zipper to pass the hose through.
The front pocket part has a durable bungee cord with a diameter of 3mm.
As shown in the image above, you can hold down your helmet and hold light clothing such as towels, shirts you have taken off, and wind shells.
*When fixing the helmet, avoid fixing it only with the bungee cord, but make sure to pass the helmet strap through the upper hand strap part of the One Mile to fix it.
A waist belt that can be removed with one touch is included.
I don't think you need to use this waist belt especially for everyday use or normal hiking.
When using this backpack while running or in other situations where the backpack sways violently from side to side, we recommend using a waist belt to prevent the backpack from shaking.
There are two small pockets inside the backpack.
There is a small pocket with a key hook tape at the top of the front side where you can store small items.
There is a pocket on the back side where you can store a PC or hydration system.
It is large enough to store a 13-inch or 14-inch MacBook. It is designed so that the tip sticks out a little to make it easier to take out. Even if you leave your PC stored inside, the pocket does not extend to the bottom so that the PC is not directly impacted.
The material used is 210D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon.
The back has a 7mm thick EVA foam back pad made of the same material as the shoulder pad.
This back pad is removable, so you can use it as a cushion under your buttocks when taking a break at a tent site, etc.
Fitting
We would like to inform you about the correct position to wear the One Mile MP.
This is not limited to the One Mile MP, but we recommend that you wear the backpack so that the center of gravity is as high as possible.
As shown in the image above, adjust the shoulder strap tape so that the top of the backpack is exactly at shoulder level or slightly lower than shoulder level. Your back and the back of the backpack are tightly attached.
If the shoulder strap feels too tight, loosen it and adjust it, being careful not to lower the backpack too much.
As shown in the image above, we do not recommend wearing the backpack so that the top of the backpack is much lower than the shoulder line. The luggage will feel heavy, and if the luggage in the backpack is heavy, your upper body will feel pulled back, which can lead to loss of balance. There will also be a gap between your back and the back of the backpack, which can cause the backpack to swing.
Make sure to properly fasten the buckle on the chest strap in the appropriate position.
The chest strap distributes the load evenly across your chest and prevents the backpack from coming off your body in the event of a fall.
