Return and exchange terms


From the day the customer receives the goods (subject to the date of receipt), we will provide you with a "replacement within 14 days" service.

*If it takes more than 14 days for us to receive the goods, or the goods have been cut off or lost in packaging, the return will not be processed.

Customers can return or exchange the goods you purchased on 432HERTZ for any reason or unconditionally within 14 days from the date of receipt.

(Gift packaging or gift cards are not applicable, but special marketing activities are subject to the event terms)

Except for product quality problems, all products are only allowed to be exchanged or refunded once (Shopping credits of equal value will be issued as soon as possible after confirmation, and the shopping credits can be used for the next online purchase.)

Please be sure to send the delivery receipt when returning the product, otherwise we will not be able to handle the return or exchange for you.

For unconditional return or exchange applications, please confirm that the returned or exchanged product will not affect secondary sales, and ensure that the outer packaging of the product is intact (please ensure that the shoe box is not damaged or smeared)

Any reason or no condition means:
