Shipping Area

Currently deliver to all local areas within Hong Kong
Please fully complete and ensure the address and contact number you provide are 100% correct. We would get in touch with you if there are any information missing, but that would slow down the shipping and delivery process. Also please be advised that Paypal's approval process will affect the shipping and delivery process as well.
Door-To-Door Delivery:
We would normally ship out orders within 48 hours, and it would arrive within 7 business days. Most orders are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days.
*Delays may occur during Public Holidays or Promotional periods. For enquiries please contact our Customer Service Team.
Item Tracking
Once the product has been shipped out, we will send the item's tracking number to you via email. If you haven't receive the item after 7 business days (from the day of shipping out), please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
Shipping Costs
(Only applicable to all regions in Hong Kong) - Free shipping for orders over HKD 300. If the order amount is less than HKD 300, a shipping fee of HKD 42 is required.
(Only applicable to Asian overseas regions) - Free shipping for orders over HKD 800 (excluding specified brands and discounted items). If the order amount is less than HKD 800, the shipping fee will be charged based on the customer's region.
(Only applicable to other overseas regions) - Free shipping for orders over HKD 1500 (excluding specified brands and discounted items). If the order amount is less than HKD 1500, the shipping fee will be charged based on the customer's region.
Please be aware that shipments to overseas destinations may incur customs duties, which the customer is responsible for paying.
If you provide an address or phone number that differs from the actual delivery address and phone number, resulting in delivery issues and product returns, we will be unable to refund the shipping fees already paid.
For the recipient’s phone number, please fill in the phone number of the country of delivery.If incorrect information provided by you (such as address, phone number) leads to the inability to sign for or delays in delivery, any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility. If a return needs to be arranged under this circumstance, the shipping fees incurred during the initial delivery will be deducted separately.
Please note that we will not provide any compensation for spoilage, damage, or loss that occurs during the postal process.

In-store pickup (Mong Kok)
* After receiving the email notification of the shipped order, you can pick up the goods at the Mong Kok store the next day.
*For orders placed after Friday (15:01), Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it will take 1 working day to receive an email notification of shipped orders.
* Please pick up the goods at the Mong Kok store within 7 days after receiving the email notification of the shipped order. When picking up the goods, please show the delivery confirmation email to the store clerk so that the clerk can check the order information and arrange for pickup.
* If you have not picked up the goods more than 7 days after sending the shipped order, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and arranged to be sent by SF Express. The shipping fee sent by SF Express will be borne by the customer, so please pay attention.
Returns and exchanges (pick up at the store)
* Products ordered online and picked up at the store cannot be returned or exchanged at the store. Return and exchange styles must be selected in the online store. After selection, you can pick up at the store or arrange to send it by SF Express. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer. Be responsible and please pay attention. (Please note that designated products cannot be returned or exchanged after being sold, and cannot be changed after the order is placed. All sale and discount items are non-refundable.)
Our company will not make any compensation if there is any deterioration, damage or loss during delivery.
If we are unable to perform our responsibilities under this website due to "force majeure" beyond our reasonable control (including due to fire, casualties, accidents, acts of God, natural disasters, riots, any action by the Hong Kong government or any of its government agencies) Laws, orders, proclamations, regulations, demands or requirements, strikes, industrial disputes, shortages of labor or skilled labor, lack or unavailability of goods, power, communications or network failures, transmission delays or anything whether similar or not to the foregoing. due to other reasons), we will be exempted from performing relevant responsibilities within the affected scope.
