Material
The main body of the cap is made of 100% nylon material, Toray's Stunner®, which is water-repellent, windproof, and permeable. It prevents discomfort caused by sweating while preventing rain and wind, and has excellent durable water-repellent properties.
This product uses COOL DOTS®, which has 4-way stretch (stretches vertically and horizontally).
COOL DOTS® is a high-performance material developed by Komatsu Matere Co., Ltd., made of 100% polyester with countless fine air holes, and has excellent stretchability and breathability.

"Stretchability and lightness"
Two types of special stretch yarn with different shrinkage rates are used to achieve high stretchability in all directions 360°. Not only is it light at 104g/㎡, but it also has high wrinkle resistance. It quickly recovers its shape even if it is shoved into a backpack pocket and crumpled.

Design
The design of the main body is a basic 6-ply seam. In contrast to the shallow body and short brim design of cycle caps, this cap is deep and relaxed, with a brim that is just the right length to be protected from the wind and provide shade.
Before making this cap, I tried on several caps from outdoor manufacturers, but none of them felt shallow enough for me to wear all the way to the base of my ears. In windy situations, it was very stressful to wear the cap while feeling cold and worried about it blowing off. This is because I have a large head size (head circumference), and I am not denying the product.
I made this ``Basic Cap NT'' with the aim of making a cap that I can wear comfortably and without stress, even though my head circumference is a little large. Therefore, the head size (head circumference) is a little looser than general caps.
The sweatband part is made of COOLMAX® fabric.
It is made of 100% polyester with a pique pattern and has the functions of moisture absorption, quick drying, and UV protection (UPF 40+).
If the size of the product is larger than your head size (head circumference) or in situations where it is easily affected by wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab at the back and tightening the elastic.
When worn by a man with a standard head size (head circumference), it will fit snugly or feel slightly constricted at the back.
When worn by a woman with a slightly smaller head size (head circumference), the back will puff out gently.
