Material
The Basic Hike Pants are made of Supplex® nylon fabric with a cotton-like washer finish.
Washing is a processing method that gives woven and knitted fabrics a unique texture and softness. This treatment is achieved by pre-dyeing the fibers, washing the fabric in a special way, and using unique techniques in the finishing process. Washing makes the fabric softer, improves its texture, and makes it less likely to wrinkle.

Supplex® nylon is manufactured using a technology called air jet texturing, which gives nylon fibers a softness and comfort similar to natural cotton. This technology uses high-velocity airflow to expand the fibers, improving their flexibility and softness.

Fabric Manufacturing Process
