Materials
This product uses "X-Pac VX21".
X-Pac™️ is a material developed by Dimension-Polyant, an American sailcloth (yacht sail) manufacturer with the world's largest market share.
210 denier plain weave nylon with durable water-repellent finish + polyester thread are woven in an X shape to form X-PLY + 0.25 mil polyester film + 4 layers of 50 denier polyester taffeta (X4 laminate).
The surface of the fabric is treated with a durable water-repellent finish, so it repels water. The fabric itself is completely waterproof, but the seams of the sewing machine are thin and have holes. In situations where you are exposed to heavy rain for a long time, water will gradually seep through the seams.
Introduction
The main body has a capacity of about 14 liters, and the front pocket has a capacity of about 2 liters, totaling 16 liters.
This "One Mile" was also created with a focus on functions, capacity, and design that can be used in both daily life and hiking.
The side pockets are made of flexible and durable 100% nylon mesh material.
It is large enough to hold two standard 500ml plastic bottles. The pocket opening can be adjusted with a rubber cord.
shoulder strap
420D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon is used for the outer fabric of the shoulder strap, which is also the "key" of the backpack.
420D ROBIC® is a combination of basic square-grid ripstop and ultra-high-strength, high-strength ROBIC® Nylon 6 material.
The surface of the fabric is DWR (durable water repellent). A unique backside coating called UTS (Ultra Tear Strength) is applied to the back of the fabric. Unlike traditional PU coatings, UTS has excellent hydrolysis resistance to improve tear strength and resist hydrolysis under humid environmental conditions.
The core material uses EVA foam with a thickness of 10 mm, which has excellent resilience, resilience, and weather resistance. We have adopted a core material that has "stickiness" so that even if it is heavy to some extent, it will not place a burden on your shoulders as much as possible.
Double raschel mesh is used for the back and back of the shoulder strap. Increases breathability and reduces stickiness caused by perspiration.
There is tape across the top of the shoulder strap. Reduces hose rampage when using a hydration system as shown in the image above.
There are no holes or slits for the hose, so use a fastener to pass the hose through.
A strong bungee cord with a diameter of 3 mm is provided in the front pocket.
At the top, there is a durable rubber cord with a diameter of 3 mm and a hook adjuster made of plastic parts that can fix the ice ax and the trekking pole.
Securely attach the rubber cord to the hook-shaped part of the plastic parts, then pull the tip of the rubber cord to fix the ice ax or trekking pole.
There are two pockets inside the backpack.
There is a small pocket with a key hook tape that can store small items at the top of the front side.
There is a pocket on the back side that can store a PC and hydration system.
It is the size that MacBook13inch can be stored. It is designed so that the tip comes out a little so that it can be easily taken out. The pocket does not continue to the bottom part so that the impact will not be transmitted directly to the PC even if it is placed with the PC stored.
The material used is the same 210D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon as the shoulder pad surface.
Inside the back is a built-in 7mm thick EVA foam back pad, which is the same material as the inside of the shoulder pad.
