With that in mind, we created the Grid Merino Earmuff Cap.
When making this product, we created a cap that completely covers the head, ears, and back of the head, making you feel as if you are being gently embraced by a sheep.
If the cap is larger than the wearer's head size (circumference) or if you are in situations where you are likely to be affected by the wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab at the back and tightening the elastic.
The earmuffs are designed to be deep and wide, so they completely cover the ears, back of the head, and nape.
The texture of the earmuffs is different from the fabric of the main cap, but this is because the fabric is used inside out and folded in half to create a two-layer construction. This allows the soft fleece to rest against your ears, keeping your ears and the back of your head warmer than a single-layer jacket.
You can adjust the ear flaps to suit various situations. Fold them up when you don't need them.
Due to the characteristics of the fabric, this product is not completely windproof. It is intended for use in winter. It allows a moderate amount of air to pass through your head, wicking away moisture and preventing overheating. It is not as windproof as synthetic fleece. Thank you for your understanding.
The sweatband is made of COOLMAX® fabric.
This 100% pique-patterned polyester fabric is moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and UV-protective (UPF 40+) for added protection.

This product is made from 100% merino wool from New Zealand.
Merino wool's main characteristics include excellent heat retention, breathability, moisture control, strong odor resistance (antibacterial properties), heat resistance, and UV protection.
REDA's sheep are raised in a relaxed environment on its vast ranch in New Zealand.
Their raw wool is carefully knitted into yarn and then fabric at its own factory in Italy.
This product utilizes REDA ACTIVE, a high-performance material that not only boasts the inherent high functionality of wool (heat retention, breathability, heat resistance, antibacterial properties, and UV protection), but also utilizes REDA's over 150 years of experience, knowledge, and technology.
Product Features
1. Low shedding and soft texture
Merino wool is classified into various grades based on the fineness (fineness) of the fibers used to make the fabric, measured in μm (micrometers).
This Merino Basic Tee uses a very fine 17.5μm (micrometer) yarn, known as "Super 120's," resulting in a soft texture with minimal of the typical "itchiness" of wool.
The outer side is knitted in a jersey pattern.
The inner side is brushed to a fleece-like texture, trapping warm air. The grid knitting allows moisture to efficiently wick away through the gaps in the grid. This highly functional material offers excellent warmth and breathability.
2. Made with New Zealand Merino
The use of New Zealand Merino wool is proof that it is "non-mulesing wool." "Mulesing" refers to the removal of the skin and flesh from the rump of lambs to prevent maggot infestations.
Using New Zealand Merino also ensures the use of animal-friendly wool.
3. Despite being 100% Merino wool, it is washable.
The fabric undergoes several shrink-proofing processes to minimize shrinkage after washing.
However, as it is a natural fiber, some shrinkage and warping will inevitably occur. To ensure that your product lasts for a long time, please refer to the care instructions below.
- Use a detergent designed for wool when washing.
- Turn the product inside out and place it in a laundry net and wash it by itself.
- Use a maximum water temperature of 40°C (104°F). Avoid washing in hot water.
- Avoid strong water flows when washing by hand, or use the "dry" or "gentle" cycle if using a washing machine.
- Never tumble dry.
- After spin-drying, we recommend reshaping the product and drying it in the shade.
- If you will not be wearing the product for a long period of time, make sure to thoroughly remove any dirt and store it with an insect repellent.
