This product features the Primeflex® x Dot Air® 2-Way Soccer Check fabric with 4-way stretch (stretches vertically and horizontally).
Primeflex® is an eco-friendly stretch material developed by Toray Industries, Inc.
Primeflex offers superior quick-drying and stretch properties compared to conventional polyester fabrics, ensuring a dry, comfortable fit even after sweating.
Dot Air® is a functional material developed by Toray Industries, Inc.
Toray's proprietary processing technology creates microscopic dot-shaped ventilation holes in the fabric, resulting in highly breathable, lightweight, quick-drying fabric with wrinkle resistance and natural stretch. It also boasts water-repellent properties. The "Primeflex® x Dot Air® 2-Way Soccer Check" we're using today was born from combining these two functional materials.
Soccer weave is a type of fabric often used in summer items. The unique feature of soccer weave is the fine texture on the fabric's surface, which helps air flow and keeps it away from the skin, resulting in a cool, comfortable fit.

Design
This cap features the classic six-piece construction already familiar to RIDGE MOUNTAIN GEAR. In contrast to the shallow, short brim design of cycling caps, this cap features a deep, roomy brim, with a length that's just right for protection from the wind and sun.
The sweatband is made of COOLMAX® fabric.
The pique-patterned 100% polyester fabric is moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and UV-protective (UPF 40+) for added protection.
The size can be easily adjusted by pulling the plastic tab at the back to tighten the elastic. This adjustment feature improves the fit and ensures a stable fit even in windy environments. It's especially effective in outdoor situations where strong winds are expected, such as on mountaintops or ridgelines.

The recommended head circumference is approximately 60cm. Head circumference is the red line in the image above. This measurement is taken around the forehead, temples, and back of the head, measured around the tightest point, over one week.

Dark-colored products may transfer color, so wash them separately.
Do not use detergents containing fluorescent brighteners or chlorine bleach.
Avoid tumble drying.
When ironing, always use a pressing cloth and iron from the back.
The core of the visor is soft, so it will not break when bent, but if you bend the visor too tightly it will wrinkle and take time to return to its original shape. Please avoid bending it intentionally.
