Introduction
Based on the original, we changed the material of the head part to mesh so that it can be worn comfortably even in summer while keeping the size.
The design of the main body is a basic 6-piece joint. The brim and forehead parts are made of the same material as the Basic Cap, and only the top quarter is made of mesh material.
In contrast to the shallow body and short brim design of cycle caps, this cap is deep and relaxed, and the brim is just the right length to be protected from the wind and provide shade.
Material
The brim and forehead of the cap are made of Toray's Stunner®, a 100% nylon material that is water-repellent, windproof, and permeable. It prevents discomfort caused by sweating while protecting against rain and wind, and has excellent durable water-repellent properties.
Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look like a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a moderately firm texture.
The head part is made of a very strong 100% nylon mesh material that is also used in stab-proof vests. It is not a soft mesh, but has a certain amount of tension. It combines both strength and breathability.
The sweatband part is made of COOLMAX® fabric. Made of 100% polyester with a pique pattern, it has the functions of quick-drying and UV protection (UPF 40+).
If the size of the product is larger than your head size (head circumference) or in a situation where it is easily affected by wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab on the back and tightening the rubber.
Since it is a one-size-fits-all product, the expression after wearing it changes depending on the size of the head circumference of the wearer.

It will spread slightly when actually worn and used.
The recommended head circumference is about 60cm. The head circumference is the red line in the image above. It refers to the measurement of the most stretched part from the forehead to the temples to the back of the head for one week.
Attention
We recommend putting it in a laundry net when washing.
Dark colored products may transfer color, so please wash it separately from other items just to be safe.
Do not use detergents containing fluorescent whitening agents or chlorine bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
When ironing, always use a pressing cloth and iron from the back.
The core of the visor is soft, so it will not break when folded. However, if the visor is folded too tightly, it will wrinkle and take time to return to its original shape. Please avoid folding it intentionally.
